Alaina releases a very soulful and passionate single titled, "The Game." The song delves into Alaina being involved in a toxic relationship when she was a teenager from the perspective of an adult. The Georgia native explains more about the concept of the record: The person was confusing, critical, and left me with damaged self-esteem. The song captures the pain and confusion of a young girl trying to handle a toxic relationship, feeling she is to blame for everything wrong. More importantly though, I wanted the song to capture the strength that came with gradually realizing my self-worth and regaining my self-esteem. I want it to go out to anyone struggling with a relationship like the one I had and hope it gives them the strength and confidence to turn someone down who treats them wrong.” The Game is from Alaina's new EP "Rendezvous."
