It's been a minute since we heard something new from Nomad Carlos. The Long Island based emcee by way of Kingston, Jamaica, returns with the first single "Leviathan Axe" from his upcoming EP in collaboration with Farma Beats called Cipher. Cipher will be available on May 13th.
