Hip Hop artist Chilo teaches history to High School students in Brooklyn. He has performed at numerous events and functions such as NYU, Yale, Princeton, Lincoln Center, and The Apollo Theater to name a few. In 2015, Chilo was featured on the Grammy award winning album “The Offense of the Drum” by Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra. The Brooklyn native demonstrates his lyrical prowess in his new single, "Slow Cooked Meals" featuring the New Jersey Collective “Sessions at the PM”.
