Hailing from Austin, Texas, alt-rock group Saints Of Valory presents their new visual titled, "Painkiller." Guitarist Godfrey James gets in depth about the thought process of making Painkiller: “I had just watched a documentary the night before about traditional Japanese Geishas and came into the studio the next day inspired to write lyrics using a Geisha as the main character, but in a reverse roll. She meets a stranger and tells him that just for one night she wants him to be her pain killer.”
It's a universal emotion. I think we've all gone through something similar at some point in our lives where, you feel lonely and need help forgetting the pain. You'd gladly use someone's love to fill that void, even if it's just for a night.
