San Francisco/Portland artist Dubble OO took time away from music to mourn the death of his mentor and Bay area legend, The Jacka. Now Dubble OO returns with his latest video "Nas No Speed Limit" which was filmed in the Hollywood Hills of California by Tha Razor and produced by Hank Iving. The track is a west coast spin of Nas classic "If I Ruled The World."
