Gun violence is the number issue that plaques inner city communities across America.  The recent tragedy in Chicago involving 17 year old Laquan McDonald being shot 16 times by Chicago Police Officer Jason Van Dyke which has the nation up in arms.  According to the figures, 435 lives were lost in Chicago due to gun violence.  Which is far more than Sweeden, Great Britain and Israel to name a few.
