Angie Martinez Joins Power 105.1

Yesterday, Angie Martinez announced to the world that she has resigned from Hot 97.  A place that she has called home for 18 years.  It was a shocker to many people within the hip-hop community.  People across social media began to speculate whether Angie will join rival radio station Power 105.  

Well there is no need to speculate anymore.  In mid July, Angie Martinez will officially join Power 105.1 and her show will be syndicated with 103.5 The Beat in Miami.  

Here's the official rundown of the shifts on Power 105.1 starting mid-July: 

• The Breakfast Club- 5:30am-10am 
• DJ Prostyle- Middays- 10am-2pm 
• Angie Martinez-Afternoons- 2pm-6pm 
• DJ Clue- Evenings- 6pm-10pm 
• DJ Self-Late Nights- 10pm-2am
