Hip Hop has always been about artists being competitive and bragging about how they are the best in the game. In a recent interview with the NY Daily News, Pap declared that he is lyrically better than Jay-Z. Pap elaborated his views on Vlad TV as he also stated artists such as Nas, Kool G Rap, Biggie, Big Daddy Kane, Tupac and KRS-ONE are true lyricists and he doesn't put Jay-Z in that category.
