Chicago emcee OCS had my complete and total attention once he kicked his lyrics with his new visuals titled "Scene 1" OCS is letting his feelings be known about his incarceration, new born daughter, and his everyday struggles living in the streets of Chicago. This is just the beginning as OCS will deliver more scene series in the future.
