The Rev. Martin Luther King Jr would be 85 years old today. Solovibes would like to celebrate Dr. King's legacy by posting a few of his greatest speeches. Dr. King had a dream that one day people of all races, colors and creeds can come together and live in peace without hatred & violence. Besides, the timeless "I Have A Dream" speech the media focuses on each year. I wanted to post a few of his powerful but yet truthful speeches.
In this video, MLK Jr. was totally against the evil war in Vietnam. Dr. King calls out the hypocrisy of the U.S gov't and says the U.S is the greatest purveyor of violence in the world. Today, Dr. King would be looked upon as a radical and a "terrorist" for his anti war views from some conservatives and even from some so called liberals. Some have said this was his best speech which had made him Public Enemy #1 to the military industrial complex.
