It doesn't matter where you're from, it's where you're at. Kingston, Jamaica emcee Nomad Carlos new EP titled "You're Most Welcome" has some joints that you can enjoy listening to. All tracks are produced by New York producer Sosa. I definitely expect to hear some flavor from this emcee in the future.
