Producer Dominic Owen has been holding out on the heat as he releases the unreleased track he did with Rakim Allah. "Get Visual" was recorded in Feb 1995 and went on to become "When Im Flowin" on the 18th Letter. This is perfect mixtape/underground radio material when DJs during the 90s era was playing nothing but great records. ENJOY!!
