Ja Rule: We Have to Accept Shirt-Skirt is Hip Hop Now

Recently, Ja-Rule was on Vlad TV as he speaks whether or not the Shirt-Skirt "style" is acceptable. Ja Rule shares an interesting story about his son wanting to wear a shirt-skirt as it is what the young generation is wearing now. At first, the Queens artist was against his son wearing a shirt-skirt but has now accepted that this type of style is what is trendy in hip hop today.

Ja also shares an incident while he was in jail.  He tells Vlad TV about an openly gay male who was being bullied in prison by his fellow inmates.  He compares this scenario to how black people were treated during the segregation era.
